Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders, including executives and clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between diverse teams, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of departmental best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the corporate sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Master) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
- Experience working in the Seattle, WA area is a plus.
