As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our corporate initiatives, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence, directly contributing to the company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery across multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity and minimize impact.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and drive consensus on project requirements.
- Monitor budget performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to stay within financial targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
