Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and mentor project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure cohesive collaboration and high performance.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to final delivery and post-launch support.
- Agile & Scrum Mastery: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to maintain momentum and adaptability.
- Resource & Budget Optimization: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or scope creep.
Qualifications
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the software development or IT industry.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of managing SaaS or tech projects.
- Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
