Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with executive stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Manage $1M+ budgets with financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead risk mitigation strategies and change management processes
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior PMs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in SaaS/tech environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering cloud migration or AI implementation projects
- Expertise in Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA, Trello)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
