Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product) to ensure timely delivery
- Track KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on project health and risks
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement processes
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all organizational levels
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Proven experience with enterprise-scale software delivery ($1M+ budgets)
- Strong financial acumen and contract management skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience mentoring and developing project management talent
