Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct and mentor diverse teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Scope & Budget Control: Define clear project scopes, create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), and monitor budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, keeping projects on track.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing transparent updates and managing expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and compliance requirements before deployment.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in team processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the technology or software industry.
- Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Confluence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex issues efficiently.
