Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Implement and maintain robust project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Identify risks and opportunities, creating mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Manage project budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
- Provide clear, concise status reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex projects in a technical environment (5+ years).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with practical application experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
