Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Define project scope, milestones, and success metrics with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams
- Implement JIRA/Confluence for project tracking and documentation
- Report project status to executive leadership weekly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software projects
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with budget management (>$1M projects)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
