Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Direct the full project lifecycle, from initiation and detailed planning through execution, monitoring, and final closure.
- Strategic Planning: Define clear project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with organizational objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Resource Management: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of personnel and budget resources.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating clear and effective communication among engineering, design, and executive teams.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance overall project quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management within the Technology or Energy sector.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Agile (Scrum/Kanban) certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-budget projects with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
