Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive presentations and status reports
- Implement Jira/Confluence for project tracking and process optimization
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement in project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech products
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Proven track record managing complex projects with $500K+ budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in fintech or healthcare IT is a significant plus
