- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, engineering, and business units
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for seamless execution
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Expertise in budget management for projects >$5M
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in scaling agile methodologies in enterprise environments
