Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and reporting progress to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the technology or IT sector.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
