Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across engineering, product, and executive teams to align objectives and expectations
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Track KPIs and project metrics using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Coach junior project managers and foster continuous improvement in team processes
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for complex technical deployments
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in cloud infrastructure and AI-driven products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/software development environments
- PMP or CPM certification with proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with SAFe frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting and financial modeling
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success in matrix organizations
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence) and data visualization (Tableau)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members during hyper-growth phases
