Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from ideation through deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design, to ensure cohesive collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to maintain team momentum and transparency.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to keep critical path items on track.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, progress reports, and clear communication channels.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and toolsets, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to prevent burnout and ensure team health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the software development or SaaS industry.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with a strong preference for Agile practitioners.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Deep proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
