Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project lifecycles with Jira/Confluence, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication with C-suite executives and external partners
- Implement process improvements using Six Sigma and PMI best practices
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CSM certification required (Prince2 acceptable)
- Expertise in scaling Agile methodologies for enterprise environments
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $2M and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with AWS/Azure infrastructure projects preferred
