Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical, business, and executive teams
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team performance
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and change control boards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise-scale software projects
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT infrastructure or SaaS projects
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
