Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering federal technology projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications across government agencies and private partners
- Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks to optimize team performance and deliverables
- Monitor project KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
- Oversee project budgets and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing federal IT projects (PMP certification required)
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance standards
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with budget management over $1M+ projects
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
