Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across technical and business units
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Mentor junior project managers through formal training programs
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and MS Project for workflow management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years managing enterprise software projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with SaaS development lifecycles
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
