Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
