Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for executive review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate setting.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
