Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
- Identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare regular status reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management within a corporate setting.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
