Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk management and resource allocation.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project flexibility.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a corporate or SaaS environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing budgets over $1M.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
