Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Stakeholder communication and expectation management across all levels
- Resource allocation and team leadership of 8-12 cross-functional members
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution strategies
- Budget oversight ($2M+ projects) and financial reporting
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and optimization
- Vendor relationship management and contract negotiation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive project management experience
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success in tech/digital transformation projects
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS implementations
