As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our enterprise projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and drive innovation across our product suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Delivery: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and transparent reporting.
- Resource Optimization: Manage resource allocation and budget tracking to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Agile Methodology: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management within the IT or Software Development industry.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex problems under pressure.
