Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to implementation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with 15+ cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and product stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Present executive-level progress reports and budget variance analyses
- Mentor junior PMs and establish continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/automotive
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering $1M+ projects on time and under budget
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management across all organizational levels
