Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise software implementations
- Stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams including development, UX, and business units
- Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence proficiency
- Budget forecasting and financial reporting for multi-million dollar projects
- Risk mitigation and contingency planning for complex technical deployments
- Vendor management and third-party coordination
- Performance metrics tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with enterprise-scale software projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Strong technical background in SaaS/cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience with Microsoft Project and resource planning tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
