Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure for enterprise-scale IT deployments
- Stakeholder engagement and executive reporting across C-suite and vendor partners
- Agile/Scrum implementation with Jira/Confluence for 15+ member cross-functional teams
- Risk mitigation and change management for projects with $500K+ budgets
- Performance optimization through KPI tracking and process improvement initiatives
- Resource planning and capacity management for 8+ concurrent projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years project management experience with 3+ years in IT infrastructure or SaaS delivery
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum Master preferred
- Expertise in MS Project, Asana, and resource management platforms
- Proven success managing projects with $250K+ budgets and 6+ month timelines
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations and conflict resolution
- Experience in regulated industries (HIPAA/PCI compliance) a plus
