Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across all organizational levels
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management frameworks
- Drive agile methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality delivery
- Monitor project KPIs and report on performance to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Deep understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in distributed environments
