Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, executives, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage team resources, assign tasks, and facilitate collaboration across various departments.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Budget & Timeline Oversight: Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring financial and temporal efficiency throughout the project duration.
- Agile & Methodology: Champion Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate, facilitating stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the software development, IT, or digital marketing industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on creative problem-solving and decision-making.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Nashville, TN.
