- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications across C-suite, engineering, and design teams
- Monitor project KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Lead vendor management and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in tech project management with PMP certification
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects on time and budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with cross-functional team experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in fintech or enterprise SaaS environments preferred
