Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, product) across 3+ concurrent initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Drive stakeholder alignment through executive-level reporting and risk mitigation
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows for optimal team productivity
- Own budget management with variance analysis and forecasting
- Foster continuous improvement through post-mortem analysis and process optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 4+ years in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing complex SaaS or cloud infrastructure projects
- Expertise in resource leveling and capacity planning across distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level stakeholders
