As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you'll spearhead complex enterprise projects while mentoring junior project managers. Our collaborative culture combines agile methodologies with federal compliance expertise, creating a unique platform for professional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end project lifecycle management for high-visibility federal technology initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ members across development, security, and compliance domains
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies ensuring 100% compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST)
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with C-level executives and government officials
- Drive continuous process improvement through PMO governance frameworks
- Mentor junior project managers in agile methodologies and federal compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with federal government contracts
- PMP or PgMP certification with active status
- Proven expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated success managing $5M+ technology initiatives
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Strong analytical abilities for complex problem-solving in regulated environments
