Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
- Prepare regular project reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP, CSM) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
