Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and business units
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress
- Manage project budgets exceeding $1M with rigorous financial controls
- Present executive-level status reports to C-suite leadership
- Drive continuous process improvements across project management practices
- Mentor junior project managers to build organizational capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive project management experience in corporate environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success managing complex enterprise technology projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource optimization
