Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across departments, clients, and vendors
- Resource allocation and budget management for multimillion-dollar initiatives
- Risk mitigation and proactive problem-solving to ensure project milestones
- Mentoring junior project managers and fostering continuous improvement
- Implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven track record in tech or manufacturing environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource planning tools
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
