Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify/mitigate risks and implement contingency plans
- Drive stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Mentor junior PMs and optimize project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech focus
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
