Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and schedules.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks effectively to stakeholders and executives.
- Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the consulting, government, or technology sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes, and deadline-driven environment.
