Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring strict adherence to scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Direct and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Communicate complex project status and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
