Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring strict adherence to scope, time, and budget.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and results.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively and transparently.
- Drive process improvements and adherence to industry best practices (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within a corporate or technology environment.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
