Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that significantly increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment among engineering, operations, and sales departments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure cost control and financial accountability.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and risks.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to improve workflow and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within the logistics, supply chain, or technology sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile (Scrum/Kanban) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
