Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing clear, concise updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or CAPM certification is a strong plus.
- Methodology: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
