Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business teams
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project execution
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through comprehensive risk management strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT or tech environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
