Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from kickoff to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA departments
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence tools
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Present project status to executive stakeholders weekly
- Maintain quality assurance through rigorous testing protocols
- Foster client relationships and manage scope expectations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in Dallas-based tech or financial services industry preferred
