Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Validate solutions through testing scenarios and user acceptance criteria
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with documented process improvement projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
