Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes for federal agencies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements
- Create detailed process flows and data models
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state
- Collaborate with development teams on solution implementation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence for requirements management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
