Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables during night shift hours
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and data models
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with remote and on-site teams
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
