Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong analytical skills with experience in healthcare, logistics, or fintech industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting complex systems
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
