Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular status reports, and performance reviews.
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management to maximize team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to drive product success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech or consulting sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desired.
- Proven experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
