- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ stakeholders across IT, finance, and operations
- Develop detailed project plans with Jira/MS Project and maintain $2M+ budgets
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to accelerate delivery timelines
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-impact projects
- Present executive-level dashboards to C-suite leadership bi-weekly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in corporate environments
- PMP or CSM certification mandatory
- Proven experience managing enterprise software deployments
- Expertise in stakeholder management and change leadership
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
