Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies with 8-10 member cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across executive, client, and technical teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget and schedule integrity
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/IT sector
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote and hybrid teams
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
